Organizational Structure

 The professor left a comment on the last assignment and requested I use 3-4 references in the paper instead of one. This assignment is due the January 25, 2018 at 11:59pm eastern standard time. Refer to the video on Organizational Structure.  All organizations need some type of structure to define team roles and responsibilities, also known as ‘subsystems’ (think of the individual departments in an organization, for example).

You are charged with forming a team to organize and implement a fundraiser for a family in need. Name 3-4 subsystems you would to need to create within the team (system)? Why did you select these?

In response to this case study scenario you must submit a 3 page paper (not including your cover page or reference page), double spaced and in APA style and format.  Upload your response as a Word file.

For this submission no additional reference will be necessary, but those including one more authentic reference (FSW accessed peer reviewed journal, e-book, etc.) is likely to be to your advantage.

Exceptional – Paper focuses on the topic and does not stray from the central theme. Great insight using course concepts. Clearly addresses assignment instructions/questions with fully supported responses

Achieving – Mostly on topic Some minor variance of theme. Uses fewer course concepts. Identifies the various assignment topics.

Progressing – Does not fully support the topic. Vague; Variance from theme. Less insight into course concepts. Identifies some of the various assignment

9.0 pts
Developing – Misses the point completely. No substance. Relied on restating the question and providing opinion with little or no course application or research to support responses.

20.0 pts

Exceptional – APA is excellent: paper is double-spaced, meets required number of citations, includes reference page and cover page, correct font, margins, minimum page count and other APA requirements met.

8.0 pts
Achieving – Meets the minimum number of sources all of which are reliable and credible. APA is mostly good.

6.0 pts
Progressing – Does not include the required number of reliable sources or the sources used are not deemed to be acceptable. APA needs improvement.

3.0 pts
Developing – Little or no research or none of the sources used are of acceptable quality. Poor APA or none at all.

10.0 pts

Developing – Poorly written and poorly organized. Many spelling and grammar errors.
