If your organization is going to develop a new media strategy, which department owns it?

How can clean lines of accountability be assigned and maintained? Also consider the following questions: Who is accountable for what within the department? What is the user accountable for? In formulating your response also think about cost, functionality, technical consistency, and response times.

Historically, physician alignment and engagement can prove very difficult for management to navigate. For example, change adoption to launch a new EMR/EHR system can be minimal at best in many organizations. How much risk should management be willing to take in engaging physicians? What would happen if physicians did not want to engage with new technology and how would you address as a leader/manager?
