Design a program evaluation for a risk that has been identified within your community. The evaluation should include all four stages of evaluation design: 

 

 Step 1: Set a Timeline Develop a Gantt chart. A Gantt chart details in visual form the start and end dates for the activities that will need to be accomplished during the program. Table 9.2 on page 117 of your student textbook illustrates an example of a Gantt chart. Your program should include a Gantt chart showing the start and end dates of the first year’s activities.  Step 2: Establish Which Objectives and Outcomes to Evaluate Identify program objectives and anticipated outcomes (what you want the program to accomplish).  Step 3: Determine the Appropriate Type of Evaluation Identify methods of evaluation that will be used to benchmark the success of the program.   Step 4: Select Reliable Indicators Describe the indicators that will be used to measure each objective.
