Career Plans

Career opportunity and search for the right occupation is a dream goal for any college student (Zacher, 2014). It is, however, important to note that it is not easier as such to get a job immediately after an individual gets out of college with a degree. It is prudent for an individual to start integrating what an individual learns in college with the real world situation. In career preparation, an individual is supposed to think and plan in a positive way.

I would plan to have a good housing ones I settle into the family life. Most of the students in college would always plan for the best house (Fang, et al, 2015) to live with their future family members. Further, I need to work hard towards attaining these life goals through a commitment from the inner self. Self-determination is important for an individual towards gaining milestone of the good life in future. In ten years I should be owning my own home.

Individual students (Hirschi, 2014) would wish to have best means of transport in the future. Most of the students me included would like to own my own nice car. In my career life after graduation owning a car is the kind of mode of transport that I would prefer most as a successful individual in the community. Having worked hard at my elementary school, I would prefer to lead an affluent life with the right model of car. In a span of ten or less period of time, my plans of owning a nice model car must come into a reality.

It is my hope to live my generation to come in a stable condition with good health, education and with best insurance covers. On the same development, I would like my family life standards to improve significantly as per my life dreams. It is my hope and wishes for my family to have good health and education as this would make them great in the future.

I have critically assessed my possibility of climbing the ladder of making my dreams a reality. According to the level of education and exposure I have attained, I have confidence and faith that my dreams are possible. On the same development, I would attribute my success to the level of education I have attained which has been my dreams. I am on the right track with my assessment. What I had planned when I was in an elementary school I have attained. Getting into higher education institution was my long dream which I have attained as per now. This then depicts the way I am going to get to my destination as I planned.

I have barriers that have hindered my life plans. Poverty has made me stagnant in making my life plans to come into a reality. Being a child of a peasant farmer has made me have setbacks more especially in trying to further my education. The resource power from my home background is limited and therefore my ten years plan may have stumbling blocks. Apart from depending on the education in making my future bright, I would like to venture into a business that I believe would be a big empire to sustain my future plans.

Secondly, I would attribute to the corruption that is rampant in our country (Tomanek, et al, 2015) that has denied many individuals the rightful opportunities that they deserve. The government has on several occasions been found guilty of employing individuals based on corrupt deals( Thiry, Laursen, & Loshbaugh, 2015).This is one of the barriers that I expect to hinder my future to be successful as planned.

I am already on the right track in making my ten years plan become a reality. I have made sure that I attain first-class honor in my undergraduate degree. In my college life, I have been scoring good grades that make me believe that my track is right. Additionally, I will attribute with kind of network that I have made in my life history. I have had opportunities to share with individuals who have successfully made in life.

I have decided to take initiatives by creating a good link between my career master and the cooperate individuals in trying to create a proper relationship with the employers. It is upon this ground that I would be able to get a link to the right job opportunity that I plan to do in the future.

Conclusion

I have extensively highlighted on my life plans for the next ten years. On the same development, I have made plans on how I would wish to have a nice housing and better transport for my family. Further, I have made plans for my generation on the kind of medical covers and education to access. On the same development, I have made plans on how to ensure that my plans are made a reality in the future. Finally, I have explained vividly on how I would deal with barriers in my life that might create stumbling blocks in my life plans for the next ten years.
