· Investigated intercompany AP&AR variance between different affiliates and reached out to the person who was responsible to make adjustments

· Prepared payment request forms for incoming invoices and send them to A/P team for processing and created a process document for future use

· Worked with the LER team to upgrade the A/R reconciliation system

· Helped A/R team to update the monthly revenue trending file

· Created a new folder to reorganize all clients’ documents for easier investigation

· Assisted with the implementation of a new accounting system (New Odoo) by communicating with consultants from Ursa to test and troubleshoot the Odoo system’s functionality.

· Designed a new A/P work flow and documented the A/P procedures for the new system. For example, how to process an invoice and how to apply a credit memo in a batch payment

· Responsible for payment of all invoices for goods and services for busy research facility such as verifying invoices that had been approved for payment by matching invoice with terms of Purchase order and receiving report (goods) or management approval (services)

· Resolved Purchase Order discrepancies with Purchasing Department and/or vendors and research variances and credits with vendors

· Assisted with accrual for goods and services received but not invoiced and assist with cash forecasting by maintaining accurate accounts payable details, including payment terms
