The Assignment (3–4 pages):

By Day 7

Submit a 3- to 4-page paper describing the following:

 Population: Native American Indian   public health problem: cancer and diabetes

• One evidence-based solution you might use to address the public health problem you identified for your Scholar-Practitioner Project community health assessment
• A rationale for your choice of this solution
• An explanation of how you could determine the feasibility of this solution
• An explanation of how this evidence-based solution might be integrated into your Scholar-Practitioner Project

Support your Scholar-Practitioner Project Assignment with specific references to all resources used in its preparation. You are to provide a reference list for all resources, including those in the Learning Resources for this course.
