• Imagine that you are starting your own retail store and you want to ensure your success. Determine two (2) of the target market techniques that you could use. Support your selection of these techniques with real-world examples. 

• Suppose that supermarkets in your area have recently experienced a decrease in sales of baby diapers, but there has been a substantial increase in the sales of elder diapers. Determine whether or not a situation analysis of a retail industry that markets to elders in your area would be appropriate in this situation based on the shift of market demographics. Speculate as to whether these population demographics would or would not impact product and sales. Support your response with details from the textbook.
