We must show the cost associated with standing up the Mobile Unit for the firm. It will be a detached department operating independent.
We are needed to identify the hard cost, P&L, and Balance sheet based on the data we have.
The assignment is to show in numbers the added value through efficiency and also additional revenue captured by leveraging the vendor teams developed.
