Class,

Ok I found a lot of tube videos in all kinds of languages you know you can learn anything on UTUBE. Anyway, I did find one video that was pretty straight to the point and in line with our background material;

Wily manager podcast is creditable and was very easy to follow it really help me because he did not read directly form the slides he explained them. I liked the fact that they sited what other decision-making model missed.  He fact that the decision are made are mainly situational.  Depending on the situation at the time the decision is made.  It’s actually how the decision gets made.  If you are looking for a lot of funny pictures and animation you’re not going to get that with this video.  Great 5-minute video (Must See) great correlation between Vroom Yetton model and decision-making styles.
