There are more than six billion people who live in this world. There is no one can live alone without society, friends, or family. We were created to communicate with each others. The Most thing that we do in our daily lives is helping others. People are wondering why do they help others. In fact, they got two answers, and they are human nature and the presence of others. I think the best answer is the presence of others. We help others for three reasons.
First of all, many people help others in order to prepare for future need.I concur with this topic because I helped my friend by fixing his computer 2 years ago, and after a while my car stopped in the middle of a street, so I called him and he helped me fixing my car. Even though you would not necessarily expect that help from others, but its good to know that if you help others you’ll most likely get help. As a result of this, helping others can make you garniture that you will get help in the future from people you helped before.
Secondly, I help people because I was raised to do so. For example, when I was in the UK, I always use buses to go from place to another. Once, I was in a bus sitting in one of the front seats and then I saw an old man coming inside the bus, so I gave him my seat and went to the back seats to save him all the walking in and out of the bus. These personal experiences prove how you were specifically taught and trained these polite manners and ways to help people around you. This shows that the old people and children can’t help themselves all the time. Therefore, we care about them, so we help them whenever they need our help.
Finally, most people prefer helping others instead of not helping them because it makes them feel satisfaction when they give help. This weekend I saw a homeless person on the street while I was driving, so stopped for him and gave him some money. He smiled at me and said “thank you”. After what he said to me, I felt good and happy because my help can get him food, drink, or whatever he needs. Lastly this proves that satisfaction comes by helping others and makes them feel good.
In conclusion, the three reasons of helping others are to prepare for future need, because we are raised to do, and to feel satisfaction. Everyone of us has his own thoughts of why do we help others, but at the end every person who gives a help to others will reach in good result. Therefore, I advise all people to help others instead of not helping because wee need each other and we were created to do this thing.
