Part 2
):
After submitting the required documents listed above, your group should start working on Part 2 of this project. Part 2 is composed of two situations that require collaborative work from you and your group colleagues. In Module 7, your group is expected to submit a status report on your project regarding Situation 1.
Phase2 -Team Project SkyWrench Hanger Relocation
Situation 1: Business disruption has become a serious concern of the company president
who wants to see a detailed plan before the work begins. She explains that current work
must be completed in the old hanger and all new work is to begin in the new hanger.
Time line: There is a 10 day window between the time the new hanger is ready to receive
aircraft and the deadline to be completely moved out of hanger 12.
1. As the project manager how will you satisfy these requirements for continuity of
business?
2. The president is concerned about the 10 day window. What can you do to reassure
her that you can do the job on time?
3. Give a status report to Bart next week.
4. Email meeting notes to all stakeholders after the meeting.
Situation 2: While walking around the facility and asking employees about what
equipment and parts would be needed to complete work in progress in hanger 12 and
what parts and equipment would be required for new work to being in hanger 18. You
make the following determination.
