Personal Code of Ethics

for this paper. Choose codes that you plan on holding yourself accountable to on a daily basis. Please explain why these morals and values are important for success in both your personal life and professional environment.

· Must be AT LEAST
3 pages

· One bulleted cover page of professional/personal code of ethics.

· Provide a descriptionfor each set of CODES. Include why you chose each, why you think each is important, and how they will help you in your personal training career.

· Typed 12 point “Times New Roman” font, double spaced.

· Use a cover/title page

· The first page will be your bullet points only for each code of Ethics.

· Explanations for your choice will begin on the 3rd page.

· • Page 1: Create a professional code of ethics with at least 5 items and a personal code of ethics

· with at least 5 items. Include the key word and a one sentence descriptor. Refer to
