 Students will choose an owner/higher- management level person to interview (of a business or organization, for-profit or non-profit, large or small, anywhere on the globe) and then write a paper on such 
Informational Interview. At the end of the fifth week, students will hand into the instructor the name of the person to be interviewed and a list of 20 tentative/relevant questions to be asked of the interviewee. The informational interview paper will be eight (8) to ten (10) pages, double-spaced. A 
one (1) page Thank You Letter should be attached. Information on format and content as to the informational interview/informational interview paper, will be covered completely in class.
