1. our discussion forum for this week will focus on tourism development and poverty alleviation. Do some “Googling” and locate some NGOs that work in this field.

Then, select the one you are more interested in and:

·         Give your own ideas on whether this can be an effective way to help some developing countries and/or communities to increase their economic development.

 

Due Tues 4pm, over 200 words.

 

2. The topic is Workplace Labor Relations Global (union- management issues)

The topic need to be covered demonstrating clearly its issues here in the US (perhaps CONS and PROS), and then compared with how that issue would ne handled by some other company(s) else in the world (France). Start your paper very broadly on the issue, it allows you to go in several possible directions without starting the paper over. HR issues are all global issues and easily researched.

Use APA Style format.

Please review the 3 major areas: “headings”, “citations” and “endnotes or bibliography” as a reference, the other aspects of APA that you may need can be referred to only as you need them.

7-8 pages, normal fonts and margins, double spacing.
