By defining leadership it can be affirmed as a progression of social authority in which one person is exceptional to join the assist and support of others in the attainment of a frequent task. First a leader must have charisma, thus being able to make others feel good about them than the way you make them fill about you. Commitment is another tool that a leader must possess. This is more of making your plan public hence the capability to follow them.
Competence really proves a leader as an example to the others. This is more of the ability of planning and doing it in a way to prove to the followers that you are an expert in it and definitely they will follow you the right way. A leader has to accomplish more than expected.
Courage makes a leader win majority. Courage is more of doing what other is afraid of. With this a leader gains strength and trust to his/her followers. Leaders must have the discernment qualities. This is more of putting an end to unsolved problems hence emerging victorious.
Initiative is another quality of leadership. They say action speak louder than words. Though mistakes occur, don’t quit so easily. Passion is something that makes a leader enjoys the responsibility. Concentrate on the action you are committed to and do it better.
