Network diagram

I ran out of time and need some help with a network diagram.  I’ve attached the assignment and these are the only other directions given:

The attached PDF describes the situation to be analyzed. Don’t go overboard on vendor specific details. If you need a switch,router, or access point, just say so – the WHY is more importantantthan any brand information. You are free to make, and provide arational for, any assumptions you think are necessary to fill in datayou think you’d need to finalize a design.

I own ezdraw max, but using the online program Gliffy.com or vizio, or posted into a microsoft document would be fine.
