I need this paper to be exactly 500 words, nothing more or less. I know that most the questions need my input,but it doesn’t matter, you can make up everything. All that matters is that it’s not written as if I was perfect, in some questions, I would like you to say that I had some difficulties. Unit Expectations Were your expectations of the unit (Week 3 Reflection) met throughout the semester? If not then why not? What have I learnt from the teamwork experience? What did you learn about team dynamics? Problem solving techniques consist of 4 main phases Define, Generate, Decide, Implement and Evaluate ( Fogler & LeBlanc 2008).

In our first lecture, our instructor gave us a survival task, where we had to share our ideas in a group of which we had to demonstrate our leadership skills alongside teamwork abilities.

After undergoing the survival task, my expectations towards this unit have risen, as I saw how much creativity is needed to reach the standard required to achieve a High Distinction in the unit.

I expect to improve my teamwork and critical thinking abilities, in addition to problem solving with the help of my colleagues and instructor, I will hopefully fulfill my expectations.

I plan to gain more knowledge by attending class and doing all the homework assignments provided at the Victoria University WebCT/Blackboard. This will help me develop my management skills which will be essential in the workplace.

Tyson (1998, p. 3) states that ‘groups come into existence to bring together the skills and talents needed to do work that requires many hands or heads’. We formed a team to do the Disney presentation. The team selection process was satisfactory, as I had prearranged with my friends that we were going to be doing the Disney Presentation together.
