I am taking manufacturing engineering course and i am students in the first year I have a proposal assignment in commutation class

I was just wondering if you can help me with that 

I have attached the assignment on next page which will help you understand what I want in this assignment and I did not come up with any ideas or topics yet. Hopefully when you done reading the file you will come up with some topics.

I have not choose my topic yet or what i am going to write about because i did not understand the assignment or i did not know what kind of topics will go with this assignment. I hope you can help me with that too.

Citation will be IEEE because i am taking Engineering
