Executive Analysis |

As part of its duty of care to staff, Cut it Quick Hair Salon Group shall put in place procedures to manage sickness absence. Employees are expected to maintain a satisfactory record of attendance. However, It is essential that procedures be carried out with tact and sensitivity and a realisation that the management of attendance is the joint responsibility of the line managers and the individual member of staff. |

It is recommended that the committee support and ratify the draft Sickness and Absence Policy (Annex A). Training to given to premise managers to support the implementation of the policy, Human Resources (HR) will be available to advise and support line managers and their staff. Ratification date 19th June 2013
