poster/power point

this is a short assignment, all of the information is in the paper I will attach.  I just need somebody that has more technological abilities than I do, or has more time than I do.  I will attach my old poster, as this is the format I need the information from the paper put into this same format.  It will have a new PICO question, conclusion, background, etc.. as I have said in the attached assignment sheet as well. There will be 3 attachments. The poster, paper and the assignment sheet.  I really need this quick, as I have already paid a different company 200.00 for this and they did a horrible job!!

powerpoint on Key points:

1) background and significance

2) problem statement/purpose of study

,3) one power point with the key terms on it, and

4) our search strategy on one page

POSTER

for the poster, do not need to use all of the articles in the table of the paper in the matrix of the poster. Just use these 4 in alphabetical order for the matrix of the poster:

#1Brown,T & Summerbell, C. #2 Johnson, S.B. Pilkington, L.L. He, J. & Deeb, L.C. #3 Kamath, C.C. et.al #4 Melnyk et.al

The pico question and other information in each box needs to be taken from the paper also as we have changed or updated that too.
