Please use my credit card to charge flights and reserve a rental car and hotel room.

I want to fly out of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport on the 11th in the morning. The
destination airport is Orlando-McCoy International Airport. Choose a flight that allows plenty of time for
me to check in at the hotel and get ready for the conference opening dinner, which will be at 8 p.m. at
the Orange County Convention Center. I want to fly home on the 17th on a morning flight.

Please make reservations at a hotel on or near International Drive near the Orange County Convention
Center. Hotels in this area are expensive, but try to find a room for $150 or less per night.

Please reserve a rental car for me to pick up at the airport on the 11th. Alamo usually has good rates,
but check a couple of other companies also to be sure we get the best price. A compact or subcompact
car will be fine. I will drop the car off in the morning on the 17th before my flight home.
