Format and submit a 10 slide PowerPoint® presentation (not including title/references pages) on a training delivery method of your choice for the organization you selected in week 2 using information from the needs assessment your team chose previously for the organization.
In section — below slides — write substantive talking points/comments for your ppt – these are the kind of notes that backup the slides and give you some information to share with the audience; however, the slides themselves must identify key points for the slide heading – try to be creative with graphics, i.e. color, brevity, organization, content, etc.
Note: use the talking points below as internal headings in your ppt – there is “no” paper associated with the ppt; just the ppt itself and comments you make below the slides.

Recommendation for a training delivery method for your org and why you chose it
References must be used inside the ppt presentation pand shown on the references slide at the end of the ppt
Format your paper throughout consistent with APA guidelines. (6th Edition) – Follow APA guidelines and also include instructor’s name, date on paper, and title of course on title page
Note: Use minimum of “2” different references inside your ppt; be sure to use APA guidelines on references/title pages showing the sources used in the ppt.
