 Please create an “Online Alternative Dispute Resolution System” by which business persons could resolve disputes in an online mediation format. Please submit your “Online ADR System” to me via the CTLA #2 link above in MS Word format. Simply provide a procedure that individuals could use to mediate disputes without actually meeting in person. You could use e-mail, online video-conferencing, chat rooms, e.g., to set up your procedure. Heck, you could even use Facebook or MySpace. You are basically writing out the steps and procedures for the users of your system, sort of an instruction manual. You can even include a pricing format. Be creative and use your imagination. There is no right or wrong answer. Use APA format. You may use sources outside of the textbook to assist in developing your process. Do not over think this assignment . You do not have to develop a web page or anything like that. I only want a description of your procedure, sort of a guide to how your process would work for the users.
