Management Diversity statement

In this exercise, you are applying for an executive position with LifeCorp, a global healthcare organization. As a part of the application process, candidates are required to write a diversity statement. Your diversity statement must be no less than 300 words but no more than 350 words, double-spaced. The employer already knows what diversity is so defining diversity should be no more than a sentence. Your statement should focus on how you embody diversity, your exposure to diversity, how has diversity impacted your personal growth, etc.
