Congratulations!!!!!Yesterday you received a call, they asked you to come back for another round of questions. Don’t worry, you are ready for anything!!!!You have been assigned as a new consultant leading a project to build a project management process for an organization.  You are asked to prepare a presentation on this thing called “Hybrid”, and “Waterfall.” they want to understand the following:(a)What is it?(b)What are the benefits of using a Hybrid over another methodology?(c)What characteristics exist in a Hybrid methodology?(d)What are the benefits of a Waterfall Methodology?
