Proposed Title: Effective Communication in Virtual Teams
The purpose of this report is to discuss about the importance of communicating competently in virtual teams. I have chosen this topic because the rise of remote jobs is evident, it is increasingly present in our society, and it is increasingly necessary. I am going to focus on the following points:
– Challenges of virtual communication. This can be a challenge for many organizations since virtual teams are a very recent method for many companies. In addition, obstacles such as the time difference.
– Tools that make communication possible in virtual teams. Platforms such as Gmail, Zoom…
– Some of the practices to manage virtual teams, there are some strategies to keep the team motivated and productive.
