This is a proposal for a capstone on the following topic; what is the impact of physician that take up the role of administrators, on the quality of care they provide and job satisfaction. besides the regular intro and conclusions i need to have the following questions answered. 1. What is this proposal about? An expanded presentation of the topic presented 2. Why should this question be persuade? 3. How such a capstone will be accomplished. I will use a rough outline in the capstone, it is as follows; history, present day situation (job satisfaction, burn out and how well are physician prepared to be administrators), and the quality of care. All this is in the light of physician taking on the role of administrators. Please expound on each point.
