Review the resources for technology planning included at the bottom of this post. What are the common themes you see across all the resources? (Hint: Professional development is a very common theme.)  List 3 common themes you found across the resources. (Yes, you may include professional development on your list.)  Describe what problems are associated with the themes. Discuss what needs to be done to resolve the problems. Include possible solutions. (You may wish to develop your discussion in the context of the school or organization described in your Needs Assessment (Assignment 1). Support your discussion with at least 2 research-based references. Be sure the references are embedded in your discussion to show how they are connected to your discussion. Provide citations of the references in APA format.
