3. A complaint dated November 2 from Jason Bianco, customer in the Irvington, NY. The CD in his Alfred Adult Piano Book is defective. Note that you need to send the CD back to Alfred Publishers in Cincinnati.
4. A letter dated November 6 to Ruth Ross asking her to speak at the International Conference of the Society of Music Publishers in February.
5. A letter dated November 6 from Anna Klein, Circulation Manager of Piano World saying that the catalogue Martin Ross has requested is out of print and will be mailed as soon as it is off the press.

7. A memorandum to Martin Ross dated November 6 from the Shoshana Irving, Director of Human Resources, on new personnel policies for Passport Music Designs.
8. A letter from Ace Keyboards dated November 4 to Mary Anderson saying that the demand for instructional keyboards is twice as great as last year. A follow-up letter must be sent to the keyboard supplier in Chicago to ask for increased inventory.
9. The December issue of Sheet Music Magazine.
10. A memorandum dated November 4 to Ruth Ross from Kyle Rhodes, Manager of violinist James Buswell, that Mr. Buswell will perform at the SUNY Purchase gala on January 9.
11. A sales letter dated November 5 from Majestic Midi Keyboards on the new features of its latest model.
12. A letter to you dated November 6 from Eugene Harrison, IQVC, that the televisionshopping station wishes to profile the new Majestic Midi Keyboard on the same show as Esteban’s guitars. You need to ask Mr. Harrison which date is the program.
13. A letter dated November 7 to Mary Anderson from Joanna Hansen of the Westchester Conservatory of Music stating that new students will be visiting the Ardsley office to rent woodwind instruments.
14. A letter dated November 5 from Raymond Jonnie, Director of Sales of the Hoff-Bristol School in Scarsdale, requesting the purchase of an advertisement in its yearly journal to be published December 31. Approval of this purchase must first be sent to Controller Allan Levine. Make note of this process in the follow-up column.
15. A letter dated November 6 from soprano Marisa Hivilla giving the titles of the pieces she will sing at the December 12 gala.
16. A complaint dated November 5 from Jared Rowta, a trombone student, who states that his teacher never showed for the November 2 lesson.
17. A letter to Allan Levine dated November 3 from Isabel Lerner, Director of Hoff-Bristol, for a comparative sales report on instrument sales for the past five years.
18. An expiration notice for Classical Music World.
19. A letter dated November 2 from the Greenburgh Chamber of Commerce asking Martin Ross to serve as chairperson of the Community Development Committee.
20. A letter dated November 6 from Jack Winfield canceling the appointment he has with Ruth Ross on Friday, November 20.
