The organization of the future will almost certainly be driven by a mix of technology, social responsibility, and legal response. Which industry do you think will be most impacted in the next 20 years and how should an organization prepare themselves? To me I would think anything in technology because it is ever evolving. For example computer, tablets, etc. it seems like there is always something new out and yes there will be some people rushing out to purchase the new gadget of the week, but people nowadays do not have as much disposable income as they use to. i think about 20 years ago when i was a teenager, i didn’t have all the things my kids have now. I think back to when i was a kid that we didn’t have all these electronics and we were still happy. We actually went outside and ran around in the fresh air. Many kids nowadays stay inside glued to their gadgets. That could open up a conversation around social responsibility. You see ads from fast food restaurants trying to promote better foods, so then why do we not have say Apple promote healthier lifestyles as well. To some of a new gadget is almost like a drug, it’s addictive and they have to have the newest one. The technology nowadays have transformed many different industries, such as music, videos, bookstores, etc. many places where you actually had to leave your house to go and purchase the item. I would not be surprised if you saw an increase in health issues in the coming years since everything is so accessible from your couch. The industry should have some kind of outreach or some kind awareness out there.

Some of the industries that I’ll see will have a huge impact in the next years are the computer program design, and the energy industry.

These two fields seemes to be promising. Consumers want more technology, as the organization growth they need more 

programs

 that fit their needs.

Also the energy field will be impacted since not only the US, but I another countries too, are looking for a way to cut the use of gas and replace with another one.

These two industries will be driven a mix of technology, social responsibility and legal response.

Organizations need to be prepare by investing not only in technology, but investing in their employees by providing an appropriate 

training

 and training their managers as well.

This course has been very interesting and eye opening for me.n It is hard to pick which topic has been the most interesting and helpful, but since I have to pick one I would have to choose the 

information

 I’ve learned about leadership styles and behaviors. 
What has been the most interesting to me in learning about leadership styles is how there is a usefulness to each style, even those styles which I may not find appealing. I also found it very interesting how leadership styles do not have a great of an impact on employee’s 

job

 satisfaction, which I did not expect. For me, I have found that the leaders that I’ve had in my past have had a direct relation to my ‘job satisfaction’ and I figured that would be true in most cases, but it turns out that is not true. The job itself is what is important in creating job satisfaction. 
I feel that this knowledge will help me not only as a leader, but as an employee as well. As a leader, it will allow me more flexibility in my leadership style, knowing that there is no ‘one size fits all’ style, and that sometimes I need to change my style of leadership to 

match

 the situation that I’m in. As an employee it will help me focus more on the job, and my satisfaction from that job, instead of blaming my unhappiness (if I have any) on my boss (though he may still be part of the problem, he doesn’t have to be the ‘entire problem).

I think the hole course was really informative, and helpful. Personal it help me to change the way I see my organization. Some of the topics that  I liked more were motivation, communication, and leadership. In my opinion these factors are pivotal for any organization success. Organizations need to find different ways to keep their employees motivated and with a positive manner; communication needs to be  enhance between manager and employees, and managers need to be trained in a way that they can serve the organization as leaderships and help the employees to achieve their goals.
