As the business consultant for Audio Partners, you will develop your final business plan, producing a PowerPoint presentation and video pitch to the prospective stakeholders. Your presentation should include the key findings from the following:
Your initial business model and the organizational chart (Module 2)
SPOT report and SPRR Framework findings (Module 4)
- Strategic Digital Marketing: Social network analysis & digital media analytics (Module 5)
- Strategic Marketing reports: (Modules 6 and 7)
- Market analysis
Product development strategy
Marketing strategy
Tableau data visualization (Module 7)
Describe the decision-making model (DMM) that resonated with you throughout this course to influence your decisions. (refer to Modules 1 and 3)
Summarize your presentation and video pitch to prospective stakeholders to convince them of the opportunity with Audio Partners’ new product, the hearable IA.
OPTIONAL non-graded components: If you have completed MBA530 Financial Decision Making or MBA540 Managerial Operation and Supply Chain courses you can create a slide for one or both summarizing your findings and include in this presentation.
- Pitch to Stakeholders: Your comprehensive presentation is where you will persuasively pitch your final business plan that includes the relevant content developed throughout the course in a 6 to 12-minute recorded video presentation.
