The final project revolves around you diagnosing a process/structure/environment in an organization that you have been involved with, that needs improvement.  For the final project you will be designing an organizational development (OD) intervention that will achieve positive change. 

For This Assignment; write a 250-350 word paper introducing your chosen organization and the associated process/structure/environment that needs improvement.  Select an organization you have been involved with such as your place of employment, community groups, volunteer groups, school committees, and even city/state/Federal governments are areas to consider. 

Address the following 3 concepts in this assignment. (DO NOT put in a question and answer form, but in apa format instead)

· Why you have chosen your organization

· A diagnosis of why the change is needed

· Propose organizational behavior concepts that might apply

   as you work towards an intervention
