The management position that you hold at an agency is extremely stern on professionalism, to include promptness and dress code. One of your staff members is very personable and is three years younger than you. She has a serious problem with arriving to work on time and on casual Fridays, she wears very fitted outfits and extremely tight jeans with holes in them. Which of these two issues do you see has the most serious implication? Why? How do you address these issues with your peer?
