Consumers expect deliveries fast: next day, same day even one or two hours but don’t want to pay (extra) for the service. Companies are working on fulfillment and logistics solutions to meet demands of the marketplace. Last mile delivery is becoming a large part of the process. What technology/software supports the processes for chain members including the end consumer?
