Imagine you are a Strategic Management Consultant (it can be in any industry/business you like). You realize that the strategy of most firms is to leverage their supply chain in terms of sustainability and more importantly growth (I mean emerging markets with respect to market power). Using the two best practices you have chosen; the assignment is for you to develop a strategic supply chain proposal to the top management of your firm (in case you are a direct report employee or an outside paid consultant). More importantly, I want you to offer recommendations based upon the two best practices and frame your writing that way; I want to see explicit language indicating that you are offering such recommendations-this will make your assignment really stand out. With this assignment, the page length is at least 5 pages which can be carried out by writing in paragraph form or you can create a PowerPoint presentation (probably need at least 10 slides) of how you plan to carry out the strategic supply chain proposal. There are requirements in terms of MLA e.g formatting your assignment, in-text citations, and a ″Works Cited″ page as well as spelling and grammar.
