1. Start by reading the critical reflection on page 52 of your textbook.

2. After reading the critical reflection you will see the statement which reads “The study of organizational behavior is really an art which pretends that it is a science and produces some spurious research findings to prove the point”.

3. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Why?

4. Based on your understanding of organizational behavior why might it be considered a science by some?
