Think of a job that you have done in your life that you really enjoyed. Now also think of a job that you did that you hated going to work. Now with both the job you loved and the one you hated, what were the levels of competence, self-determination, impact, and meaningfulness that you felt in each job?
1. Compare the two lists. What do you see?
2. Do certain types of jobs automatically lead to lower motivation over time? Why, or why not?

2- Discuss way in which team cohesion cab contribute to the overall team effectiveness. What questions would you as to determine whether a team was suffering from too much cohesion?
