For this assignment, you will assess the influence of biological, psychological and social systems on your own personal development. The paper should reflect the impact of life transitions on achieving health and well-being, the importance of diversity, and meeting developmental milestones through a minimum of three consecutive life stages. The life stages are: Pregnancy, Infancy, Early Childhood, Middle Childhood, Adolescence, Young Adulthood, Middle Adulthood, and Late Adulthood. For the purpose of this paper, DO NOT start assessing your personal development any earlier than the Early Childhood stage. Your paper should address the following information. Significant issues and life events that you experienced during three consecutive life stages and the effect these events and issues had on you at the time and may currently still have.You must address the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of each life stage.Examine at least three (3) different theories of human behavior in your paper by applying them to your behavior and/or developmental milestones. Discuss how the theories can be used to explain your behavior. For example, you might discuss how social learning theory may explain your involvement with certain friends, where you attend church, or how you style your hair.Articulate your own experience with oppression, marginalization, alienation, power and privilege and its impact on your life experiences.
